Bariani is by far my favorite olive oil! Unlike supermarket varieties, this oil is packed with the rich flavor of olives. Use it in any recipe calling for olive oil, and you'll be delighted at the depth it adds to the dish. Or try my personal favorite; combine it in a dipping dish with balsamic vinegar and enjoy it with a fresh loaf of sourdough bread.... Yum!!
