I've tried the blood orange and the meyer lemon olive oils, and they're both delicious! Don't mistake these for a "citrus" oil, they're olive oil. But, the fruit that they crush the olives with definitely comes out in the flavor! I love dipping bread in these, and they're great for salad vinaigrettes. I've just started experimenting with drizzling over pork, lamb, or seafood and grilling... simply delicious!
