The most flavorful way I've ever tasted corn is grilled. Once I tried it, there
was no going back. Grilling corn causes some of the kernels to turn a dark mahogany color.
The sugars in the corn caramelize, creating a a delicious sweet and smoky flavor.
instructions
Gently pull the husk back and remove the corn silk. Bend the husks back to their original position. Soak the ears
of corn in a large container of water for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-low. Drain the corn and place on the grill. Turn occasionally until some of the kernels are slightly caramelized
on all sides, about 15-25 minutes. Remove from grill. Using a dish towel, break
off the charred husks and serve.
