Blood Orange Olive Oil
- Toss roasted yukon gold potatoes & yams with o blood orange, fresh sage, sea salt & fresh pepper.
- Add o blood orange to risotto with porcini mushrooms.
- Combine soy sauce & o blood orange. Pour over grilled pork loin. Add rosemary & cracked pepper.
- Steam swiss chard, garlic. Drizzle orange oil & add pine nuts before serving. Add feta or ricotta salata cheese.
- Delicious with turkey & bay leaves, game birds, stuffing or wild rice & cranberries.
Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- Grill or steam fresh asparagus, drizzle o meyer lemon, add a pinch of sea salt. Delicious with green beans, sautéed garlic & morel mushrooms.
- Chop romaine lettuce & slice fresh avocado. Mix champagne vinegar, o meyer lemon, & sea salt together. Drizzle & toss. Add grated parmesan & cracked pepper.
- Delicious drizzled over proscuitto & goat cheese on sliced baguette or batard loaf.
- Mix o meyer lemon, garlic, champagne vinegar, italian parsley, sea salt & cracked pepper. Serve over grilled chicken.
- Drizzle over smoked trout on endive.
- Chop kalamata olives & garlic clove. Mix with o meyer lemon & serve over chilled, peeled celery sticks with ricotta insalata cheese, sea salt & fresh ground pepper.
Ruby Grapefruit Olive Oil
- Delicious over soft cheeses such as brie, or fromage d'Affinois.
- Drizzle over fresh grilled swordfish with a splash of zinfandel vinegar or balsamic. Add cracked pepper, sea salt.
- Mix soy sauce & o ruby grapefruit. Brush over skewered scallops or shrimp. Add red pepper flakes or grated ginger.
- Splash over baby spinach or endive, sliced avocado & red onion.
- Combine diced ginger, red chile flakes, black onion seeds and o ruby grapefruit server over grilled pork chop, duck or salmon. Season with sea salt & with pepper.
