Balsamic Wine Vinegar
- Drizzle over fresh strawberries or pears.
- Brush over baby pearl onions. Add sea salt. Roast in oven or skewer & grill.
- Mix a classic vinaigrette with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, & fresh ground pepper. Serve with crumbled maytag blue cheese over red leaf lettuce.
- Brush over fresh chicken breast and sprinkle with fresh rosemary and sage, sea salt & cracked pepper.
- Brush over sliced eggplant, grill & serve with goat cheese & italian parsley.
Champagne Wine Vinegar
- Blend with o meyer lemon olive oil, add sea salt then toss with hearts of romaine, grated parmesan and avocado.
- Add to asian sauces and marinades - delicious with soy sauce, grated ginger and o tahitian lime oil.
- Splash over fingerling potato salad, toss with shaved fennel and add salt.
- Make a classic vinaigrette with dijon, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh ground pepper & sea salt.
Zinfandel Wine Vinegar
- Splash over sliced avocado. Add a pinch of oregano and sea salt.
- Mix with o blood orange olive oil, cracked pepper & sea salt. Toss with baby lettuces.
- Use as a marinade with green peppercorns and soy sauce. Splash on grilled steaks before serving.
- Delicious with spinach salads, extra virgin olive oil, sliced red onion, feta cheese, sea salt & fresh ground pepper.
- Brush over sliced pearl onions and caramelize in the oven.
