gin or vodka martini
6 ounces gin or vodka
3/4 ounce vermouth
Green olives stuffed with pimientos or lemon twist

Nothing tops the classic martini.
Pour the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Thoroughly mix and pour through
a strainer into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives on a pick or with a lemon twist.

smoky martini
6 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin
Splash of scotch
Green olives stuffed with pimientos or lemon twist

Rinse a chilled martini glass with a splash of scotch. Pour out any extra scotch collected in the bottom of the glass. Pour the gin in a shaker with ice. Thoroughly shake and pour through
a strainer into the martini glass. Garnish with olives on a pick or with a lemon twist.

apple martini
1 cup sweet-and-sour mix
3/4 cup vodka
3/4 cup sweet and sour apple schnapps
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced crosswise

a strainer into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.
