2 ounces vodka
grapefruit juice, chilled

lemon wedge
coarse salt

The combination of tartness and saltiness creates a wonderfully invigorating and refreshing cocktail!

Run the lemon wedge around the edge of a cocktail glass. Dip the rim of the glass into a small plate of coarse salt. Fill the glass halfway with ice, and pour over the vodka. Top with grapefruit juice to taste, and toss in the lemon wedge.
