Zest Gourmet is pleased to provide our customers with a secure and convenient way to shop online for gourmet specialty products.

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, and Zest Gourmet e-GiftCards.

Sales Tax
NO SALES TAX. Zest Gourmet is located in Oregon which does not have sales tax.

Shipping
Your shipping options are Standard Shipping or Express Delivery. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock at the time of purchase. Orders are shipped from our office in Portland, Oregon. To view the status of your delivery visit our Package Tracking page. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $400

    Express Delivery - 3 business days

    no international orders (U.S. Only)
    no PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses
    no Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

Note: Shipping only occurs on business days. "Business day" means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially between December 12 and December 24.


Risk of Loss
All items purchased from zestgourmet.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Address Undeliverable
If you provide us with an incorrect address for delivery one of two things will happen.
    1. The shipping company will notify you that the address is undeliverable and give you a chance to contact the driver with the correction. In this case the package will be redelivered.

    2. If the shipping company still can't obtain a correct address they will return the package to Zest Gourmet. In this case you will receive a refund check for the total goods purchased less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Refusal of Delivery
If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Our Returns Policy
You may return non-perishable products returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging, within 10 days of delivery for a refund equaling the price of the product(s) less a 10% restocking fee (shipping is not refunded). We are unable to exchange items, we can either credit your Zest Gourmet account or mail a refund check. For return authorization or questions please use our Contact Form.

  • You must obtain a return authorization.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days.
  • Items must be in original packaging in saleable condition.
  • If items arrive damaged, contact Customer Service immediately.
  • Returns have a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • No returns for selections that don't appeal to your taste.
  • If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to the purchaser from zestgourmet.com, we will either replace it or issue you a Zest Gourmet e-GiftCard for the amount of the return less shipping costs and restocking fee. There are no returns for e-GiftCards.
